With experience in both the hospitality and recruitment industry, Sophie brought the two together in 2007 to form Supply Employment Group.

  • Freelance – recruiting for Cirque du Soleil in Australia, facilitating assessment centres
  • Hospitality experience including working in 5 star hotels, and overall running of a fine-dining restaurant and bar

Marcus Booth

 

Marcus joined Supply Employment Group in 2009, quickly becoming a key member of the team with a large involvement in developing and running the Training and Assesment Centres. Marcus is now responsible for managing key accounts, while always providing a thorough and personal service.

 

 

Previous experience:

  • Eight years experience in various 4 and 5 star hotels
  • Two years corporate PA background, including working at the MoJ headquaters
  • Over two years running his own theatrical workshop from concept to final production

Ben Merriman-Johnson (BA Hons, University of Newcastle)

 

Since joining Supply Employment Group in April 2011, Ben has been responsible for developing chef recruitment using his previous experience as a chef. He has implemented a Chef Assessment Centre, which trains all of our candidates in a professional, commercial kitchen. 

 

 

Previous experience:

  • Over 10 years experience working as a chef in fine dining, 5 star hotels, private members clubs and ski resorts
  • Runs his own catering company in his spare time, which caters for weddings and HRH Prince of Wales

Florian Buzurin

 

Supply Employment Group's very own dedicated candidate trainer, bringing excellent knowledge and practical experience to the business. Florian is responsible for assessing candidates, as well as teaching new skills suited to our current client needs.
